Many years ago I fell in love with Normandy, its pastures and local products. I was initiated into gourmet cooking at a very young age by my family who has had many restaurants. My passion is gourmet cooking.

   About ten years ago I started to organize cooking workshops in French cuisine for Americans in Paris. Succeeding in my first attempt, I decided to continue and branch out in an atmosphere more enjoyable at my Long House in Normandy where the local products are even better.

   I realized that making cooking enjoyable, something the French know how to do either in traditional cuisine or cuisine «à la mode of the day» is actually part of our French culture.

   To quench my thirst to teach new recipes, I therefore created «Brigitte´s Cooking Classes» in order to share my passion in an enjoyable atmosphere.
